For the citrus vinaigrette:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon orange juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon orange zest
1 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced and rinsed (must rinse please or else it its too overpowering)
