75 raw pecan halves (about 1 1/2 cups)
For the frosting:
3 ounces dark chocolate (72% cacao or higher is preferred)
1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
3 tablespoons whole milk
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
